A note on our pricing

We aim to offer quality, made-to-order jewelry at a modest price thanks to smaller margins. That's why we don't run sitewide sales, and why shipping isn't free. Thank you for understanding.

Returns

Not what you expected? Get in touch first — we may be able to restyle or advise. If you'd still like to return, you have 14 days from delivery.

Pieces must arrive back to us:

  • Unworn and undamaged.
  • In their original packaging.

Custom-made pieces cannot be returned. The buyer arranges and pays for a secure, tracked return.

How to return

  1. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order, with your reason for return.
  2. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship to the address we provide, using a tracked service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll refund the original payment.
