In countries like the UK and Germany, 9k is widely used and prized for its hardness and scratch resistance. We work with both so you can choose the right balance of richness and durability.

Yes. Our necklaces are made from semi-precious stones and pearls we source ourselves. We hunt for the most beautiful strands, sometimes in very limited quantities. That's what keeps each piece quietly unique.

Each piece is handmade for you, so production takes up to 7 working days before dispatch. Delivery times after dispatch: Netherlands 1–2 days, Europe 7–10 days, international up to 21 days with DHL.

Yes. We ship from Amsterdam to anywhere in the world. International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be charged on delivery.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your package, provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Custom pieces cannot be returned. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Avoid water, perfume, creams and harsh chemicals. Remove pieces before sleep, exercise or any strenuous activity. Store them in a dry, dark place and polish gold and silver with a soft microfibre cloth. See the Care Guide for more.

No. Semi-precious stones and pearls are porous and chlorine, salt water and soap will dull them over time.

Yes. Because every piece is modular, restyling is part of the design. For repairs or refreshes on older jewelry, get in touch and we'll guide you through it.
